Workshop Registration Refunds

Workshop registrations are subject to the following refund policy:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3-6 days before the workshop date will receive a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop date are not eligible for a refund.
  • Workshop Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another workshop.

Product Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of crafting materials, you may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging when possible
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered cannot be returned

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number

Shipping Costs

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct item and allows us to process your request efficiently.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please report damaged or defective items within 7 days of receipt.

Digital Products and Services
